Temporary Contracts Administrator (UTemps)
The contract administrator will support the Contracts and Procurement team in drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and executing contracts and amendments for UT System-wide complex and technical procurements.
Responsibilities include:
- Working on contract administration to prioritize necessary actions and consistently apply policies and practices.
- Monitoring and controlling the flow of work through the procurement and contract systems.
- Delivering and developing effective communication via email and meetings with departmental end users/customers.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree with major course work in business administration or related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
The hourly rate is $30.
Working conditions include business casual attire, a standard office environment, use of manual dexterity, and repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation.
Work shift is Monday to Friday, 9-5.
Required materials include a resume/CV and three work references with their contact information; at least one reference should be from a supervisor.
