Onsite: 4-5 days: 6230 E Stassney Ln, Austin, TX 78744
Duration: 9-10 months (With opportunity for renewal)
Shift Timing: Mon-Fri: (40 hrs/week)
Work to be accomplished:The worker will have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. Performs installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computers (PC) and related systems. Troubleshoots and resolves software and hardware failures. Identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers. Provides technical support, training, process creation and leading various project efforts, and is an exceptional local leader and mentor to junior Technicians
Minimum Yrs of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications Years Skills/Experience:
- 4 Experience providing “white-glove” executive level support
- 5 Experience providing end-user support
- 5 Experience in supporting personal computer hardware and routine software installation
- 5 Experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in a enterprise environment
- 5 Experience support Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams
- 4 Experience support video tele-conferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex
Experience:
- 5 Experience creating technical knowledge articles
- 4 Experience utilizing Service Now in a support environment
- 5 Working in a multi-vendor environment for support operations
