AUDITLab builds the data and intake infrastructure that mass tort and plaintiff law firms rely on to run their practices. Our platform ingests, cleans, and operationalizes case and claimant data that today lives scattered across firms' case-management systems, intake CRMs, call-tracking tools, and spreadsheets. We turn that mess into something trustworthy. We're onboarding marquee firm clients, and each one arrives with the same fundamental problem: their data is real, valuable, and a disaster to work with, untagged, unmapped, and inconsistent, with the same concept described five different ways across teams and systems.

Making that data usable, at scale, is the heart of this role.

We're looking for a CRM & Data Administrator, Associate to help keep our CRM organized, our data clean, and our team supported. This is a junior role with real responsibility: the data you manage directly supports outcomes for our clients. You don't need 10 years of admin experience — if you know your way around a CRM, are genuinely strong in Excel, and are eager to grow into systems administration, we'll teach you the rest.

• Support day-to-day CRM administration: user accounts, permissions, and settings and page building
• Keep our data clean and trustworthy through imports, exports, deduplication, and regular audits
• Build and update reports and dashboards so the team can see what's happening at a glance
• Serve as first-line support for CRM users — updating custom pages, handling trouble tickets, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating when needed
• Use Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH) to clean, reconcile, and analyze data
• Help maintaining, building and updating custom pages with a page builder
• Document processes and help train colleagues on CRM best practices
• Manage multiple requests and prioritize in a deadline-driven legal environment

• Experience as an admin or power user of a CRM (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Litify, Filevine, or similar) — you know how records, fields, and reports work
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data cleaning, large datasets (this is non-negotiable)
• Familiarity with Word Press and page builders (Elementor, Divi, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail — our data drives real settlement outcomes for real clients
• Clear, professional communication with non-technical colleagues
• Eagerness to learn — we'll invest in your growth toward a full systems administrator role

• Experience working with Legal CRMs such as Filevine, Smart Advocate, Litify, or Salesforce
• Foundational SQL knowledge or demonstrated ability to use AI tools to write and validate queries
• Foundational Python knowledge (files, CSVs, basic scripting) or demonstrated ability to accomplish

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $25-$33 hourly. Pay within this range varies by work location and will also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
