Workday Developer

We are seeking a Workday Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of Workday solutions across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Talent Management. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday integrations, reporting, configuration, and system support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Web Services.
• Create and enhance Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Configure business processes, security roles, and system settings.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support Workday releases and upgrades.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure data integrity and security compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Workday development experience.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Financials.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Reporting, and Security.
• Familiarity with XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP/REST APIs, and integration development.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

• Workday certifications
• Experience with Workday Extend or Prism Analytics
• Knowledge of HR and Payroll business processes
