Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Technical Support
- Junior to join their team. As a Technical Support
- Junior, you will be part of the Desktop Support group supporting a large internal user base. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to grow within a dynamic environment.

Location:

Austin, TX

Pay Range: $18/hr

What's the Job?

• Provide real-time support for technology issues faced by internal users.
• Assist with system administration of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac OS X desktops and laptops.
• Perform hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and support for desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers.
• Offer phone support and remote assistance to resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Manage and document asset deployment and reclamation, maintaining accurate records in asset management databases.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in technology or related field, or 1-3 years of recent experience supporting enterprise-wide internal service centers.
• Knowledge of PC technical support for Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac OS X.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.
• On-site presence at the Austin location is required.
