Swap is seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer to deliver frontline and second-line IT support for a fast-paced organization in Austin, TX. You will troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, manage user accounts, and support core productivity tools for staff.
The role requires 3–4 years in IT support, experience with Jump Cloud and Google Workspace, and familiarity with Zendesk and Linear. Security tooling experience (Sentinel One, MFA, VPN) and strong customer service are essential.
