We are looking for an experienced Project Lead 3 to support a Technical Project Manager on a major Data Engineering and AI Adoption Program
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background leading complex technical projects involving data, analytics, cloud platforms, data architecture, and enterprise technology
.

  • Lead and coordinate complex technical projects and programs across data, analytics, cloud, and AI initiatives
  • Manage project planning, requirements gathering, business analysis, specifications, implementation, and delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, data engineers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Track project status, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, resources, and forecasts
  • Support data architecture, data modeling, data warehousing, and data engineering initiatives
  • Facilitate communication between business, engineering, data, and AI/ML stakeholders
  • Prepare project plans, charters, schedules, status reports, and executive-level documentation
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with organizational goals, governance, security, compliance, and data standards
  • 10+ years of experience leading technical projects or programs in data, analytics, and cloud environments
  • 10+ years of experience with data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing initiatives
  • Strong experience managing BI, Big Data, and Analytics projects in complex enterprise environments
  • Experience supporting healthcare data initiatives; knowledge of FHIR, CCDA, or HL7 is a plus
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and complex project timelines
  • Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, or Smartsheet
  • Strong communication, documentation, consulting, and facilitation skills
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms, data systems, enterprise applications, SDLC, and architecture
  • PMP certification is required and must be listed on the resume
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
  • Experience with AI adoption, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with data governance, compliance, security, and information management
  • Certifications such as PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, TOGAF, or Cloud Architecture
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
