We are seeking a Data Visualization Specialist to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visual analytics solutions for healthcare technology platforms.

In this role, you will transform healthcare data into clear and actionable insights that support clinical operations, business decisions, and healthcare innovation. You will collaborate with data analysts, engineers, product teams, and healthcare stakeholders to create impactful data experiences.

• Design interactive dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Transform healthcare datasets into meaningful visual insights.
• Create analytics views for clinical and operational workflows.
• Improve data accessibility for healthcare teams.
• Build dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Develop data models for reporting and visualization.
• Create performance metrics and KPI tracking systems.
• Optimize dashboards for usability and decision-making.

• Analyze healthcare and operational data trends.
• Identify patterns and opportunities through visualization.
• Support reporting needs across healthcare platforms.
• Present insights in a clear and understandable format.

• Work with data engineers to understand data pipelines.
• Collaborate with product teams on analytics requirements.
• Support healthcare SaaS reporting features.
• Document visualization processes and reporting standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, CS, IS, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations.
• Strong understanding of data analysis concepts.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in US healthcare or healthcare SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare analytics and clinical workflows.
• Knowledge of EHR/EMR data structures.
• Experience with healthcare KPIs and reporting.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics.

Extract and clean clinical data stored in legacy systems or FHIR API servers.

Configure tenant-isolated dashboards showing clinic-specific billing, operations, and audit results.

Develop end-to-end data models, DAX measures, and scheduled refresh pipelines.
