Endpoint Management Engineer

Austin, TX | Contract | Hybrid (2+ days on site)

We are seeking an Endpoint Management Engineer to lead the strategy, automation, security, and lifecycle management of Windows and macOS devices across a growing workforce. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless end-user experience through modern endpoint management platforms, automation, and zero-touch provisioning initiatives.

+ Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, JAMF Pro, and Apple Business Manager environments.

+ Design and support zero-touch provisioning for Windows and macOS devices.

+ Manage endpoint compliance, configuration policies, software deployment, and patch management.

+ Automate endpoint administration using Power Shell and Bash scripting.

+ Partner with Security teams on vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection, and access controls.

+ Develop reporting, dashboards, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.

+ Serve as a senior escalation resource for complex endpoint management issues.

Requirements

+ 5+ years of enterprise endpoint management experience.

+ Strong expertise with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra , Conditional Access, and JAMF Pro.

+ Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS environments at scale.

+ Proficiency with Power Shell and Bash scripting.

+ Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance, patching, EDR, and device lifecycle management.

+ Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
