  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically 5–7 years of related work experience.
  • Operate, maintain, and upgrade video conferencing equipment, test environments, and infrastructure.
  • Utilize Service Now for incident tracking, service tickets, and change requests.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Basic understanding of networking and network protocols.
  • Extensive knowledge of video infrastructure and endpoint technologies, including Cisco CUCM, Cisco TMS, Cisco Expressway, Cisco Endpoints, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Poly Endpoints, and Zoom Rooms.
  • Provide video conferencing event planning production packets, including logistics, test plans, configuration drawings, and related documentation while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with media encoders such as Wirecast and OBS.
  • Understanding of eCDN management and enterprise video collaboration products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve video conferencing and event service incidents, including hardware/software issues and RMAs.
  • Process service requests within the Video and Event Services team.
  • Experience supporting Zoom Meetings & Webinars, Microsoft Teams Meetings & Teams Live, Cisco Webex Meetings & Webinars, and other enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Schedule, set up, and disconnect video conferences for internal and external meetings.
  • Work with third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Adhere to SLAs and maintain maximum uptime for the video conferencing environment and event services.
  • Conduct equipment audits as required.
  • Follow established processes and ensure team adherence to operational standards.
  • Advanced knowledge of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting AV equipment, including cameras, microphones, projectors, touchscreens, monitors, and related hardware.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, analytical, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Communicate effectively with end users, IT teams, executives, and management.
  • Experience operating audio and video equipment for live events such as All Hands meetings and Town Halls.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting Crestron, Biamp, Extron, Allen & Heath 30-channel digital mixers, Vaddio video switchers, digital camera equipment, Clear-Com communication systems, lighting boards, PowerPoint, VLC Player, PC hardware, and AV peripherals from Shure, Netgear, QSC, Epson, and Samsung.
  • Produce Run of Show documents, attendance reports, IT equipment readiness checklists, and other production documentation.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the overall end-user experience.
  • Partner with the software engineering team to develop and improve internal video monitoring and observability tools, including dashboards, endpoint audits, telemetry, and automated triage, translating operational challenges into product requirements.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the video operations platform by validating call quality, endpoint, and network telemetry, testing new features, and providing roadmap feedback.
  • Comfortable with data-driven monitoring and reporting to identify recurring incidents, analyze trends, and improve proactive alerting.
  • Interest in automation and continuous improvement, helping standardize and streamline video operations workflows, including incident management, equipment audits, and event readiness processes.
