The HT Group seeks a proactive Senior Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations in Austin. This onsite role (4 days/week in place, 1 day remote) will lead infrastructure, security, service desk and field engineering, building clear ownership and a platform‑as‑a‑service roadmap.
You will establish and grow a Dev Ops function, design scalable teams, and drive improvements across technology groups. Collaboration with technology leadership will align infra priorities with business needs.
