Datavant is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst - Oracle HCM to join our HRIT team. This role will own technical work streams across integrations, reporting, and system improvements, with deep Oracle Cloud HCM, OIC, VBCS, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and fast formulas expertise.
Responsibilities include remediation and optimization of Oracle HCM, building integrations, BI reports, and UI extensions, while maintaining ITGC/SOX controls in an Agile environment.
