Scrum Master (Onsite – Austin, TX, USA)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile development teams for our client based in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and stakeholder management, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely project delivery. This is a 100% onsite role that offers the opportunity to work with a high-performing technology team in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Serve as a coach and mentor to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.

Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.

Identify and remove impediments or blockers impacting team progress.

Track and report on key Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burn-downs, and capacity.

Foster communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business goals.

Promote continuous improvement through Agile best practices and feedback loops.

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.

Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams in complex project  understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.

Experience using Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops.

Technical background or understanding of software development processes is preferred.

Certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) are highly desirable.
