On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what's right.

As a member of the Trust and Safety (T&S) team, you will manage the delivery and scaling of our generative AI policies. This is a priority for T&S leadership, and your work will impact user safety and platform integrity by supporting the final stages of policy implementation in partnership with enforcement teams. Your responsibilities will span the policy life-cycle, including initial launch, scaling, performance monitoring, feedback-driven iteration, and ongoing policy support for enforcement and escalations.

At Google we work hard to earn our users' trust every day. Trust & Safety is Google's team of abuse fighting and user trust experts working daily to make the internet a safer place.
