Senior Manager, Franchise Technology Programs

• Act as the operational owner and architect behind network-wide technology rollouts
• Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution
• Foster positive and proactive relationships across internal departments and external vendors
• Maintain direct responsibility for all internal and external processes associated with Mindbody
• Lead the design, development, and system rollout of any CRM platform(s)
• Partner with Operations Executive Team on high-value corporate technical and operational initiatives
• Establish and implement a robust technical vendor performance framework

• 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, technical project management, or franchise tech systems, with at least 5 years in management or senior project ownership role.
• Deep, expert-level familiarity with Mindbody software configurations, enterprise features, and multi-site scheduling ecosystems.
• Proven experience architecting and implementing robust CRM ecosystems (workflows, funnels, automations) at scale.
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects across multiple corporate departments.
• Deep understanding of the fitness and franchising industry is highly preferred.
