Flash is hiring a part-time IT Help Desk Technician at the Austin HQ. You’ll support onboarding, device imaging, and daily IT operations to keep hardware, cloud tools, and workflows running smoothly.
Work flexibly 24–29 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow. You’ll work with Google Workspace, Jump Cloud, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft O365 across Windows, Mac, and iPad devices, providing customer-focused service and hands-on problem solving.
