The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Desktop Support Trainee to assist the Technology Resources team on campus. You will help image computers, track inventory, and deploy new systems across UT Austin campuses, applying UT policies and asset management practices.
Ideal candidates have at least six months of IT help desk experience, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Regular hours, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-campus work.
