Role SummaryThe Senior IT Manager leads day-to-day operations of the IT function while driving technology initiatives in support of Wi-Fi Alliance business objectives across our global organization. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with exceptional project management skills and cross functional collaboration to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology services across the organization. We are looking for a highly organized leader who excels at managing multiple priorities, has a history of delivering technology projects on time and within budget, improves operational processes, and builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
The Senior IT Manager reports to the VP of Finance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the evaluation, implementation, integration, and lifecycle management of enterprise AI solutions. Partner with business leaders to identify AI use cases, integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, Salesforce, AWS, SharePoint, Hub Spot, etc.), and monitor system performance, adoption, and optimization. Promote responsible and secure AI adoption through management of the governance framework, user training, and ongoing oversight.
- In partnership with our IT Service provider, administer, develop, implement, and continuously improve IT policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology services across all sites.
Create and deliver clear documentation, to include user communications, training materials, and other updates as needed for various technology and system updates - Lead cross-functional technology initiatives and strategic projects from planning through implementation. Develop project management tools, gathering and documenting business and user requirements, governance processes, and best practices to ensure successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery
- Manage and administer key enterprise platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Box, Salesforce, Drupal, Certifications systems, SharePoint, Hub Spot, Cvent, Zoom, Causeway, SFTP, Git Hub, Atlassian, and other business-critical applications and integrations
- Proactively monitor and maintain servers, networks, cloud services, and enterprise systems to optimize performance, identify potential issues, and ensure maximum system availability and reliability
- Lead infrastructure implementations, system upgrades, and technology deployments while minimizing business disruption. Establish standardized processes that improve efficiency, strengthen security, and ensure successful migrations
- Oversee enterprise cybersecurity operations, including vulnerability management, malware protection, disaster recovery readiness, and system resiliency.
Conduct regular testing and risk assessments to identify and remediate critical security vulnerabilities - Administer and optimize Salesforce, including Identity and Identity Connect for Single Sign-On (SSO), user provisioning, security, and integration with enterprise applications
- Serve as the escalation point for complex Help Desk issues, providing timely resolution of critical incidents and ensuring minimal impact to business operations and end-user productivity
