Key requirements:

• PMP certification is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional and cross-divisional projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to create and maintain:
  • Project plans
  • Timelines and milestones
  • Risk and issue logs
  • Action item trackers
  • Executive status reports
• Experience with process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Strong documentation, organization, and accountability skills.

Preferred background:

• Large enterprise or public-sector environments.
• Process improvement and modernization initiatives.
• AI, automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Microsoft ecosystem tools:
  • Planner
  • Teams
  • Share Point
  • Excel
  • Power Point
  • Power BI
  • Visio
  • Power Automate
  • Power Apps

Primary focus of the role:
This is not a highly technical IT delivery role. It is primarily a project leadership and coordination position focused on planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, reporting, process improvement, risk management, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.

• Project Lead
• Project Coordinator
• Junior/Mid-Level Project Manager
• PMO Analyst
• Project Analyst with PMP certification
• Business Project Manager focused on operations, modernization, or process improvement initiatives.
