Scope of Work:

• Support current DPS projects and priorities in the facilitation of gathering themes/epics/user stories/acceptance criteria and analysis of existing requirements documentation.
• Directly support project and development teams on various initiatives to improve agency effectiveness, compliance with applicable statutes, and enhance service delivery capabilities.
• Facilitate project development and quality assurance discussions on gathering story points to use for a predictive level of effort model.

Deliverables:

• Creating themes/epics/user stories/acceptance criteria according to Agency standards.
• Convert existing use cases to actionable user stories/epics/acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Analyze existing process documentation and document potential opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support development and implementation of various initiatives.

Candidate Skills, Qualifications &

Experience:

• Required:
  
  3-5 years of experience in the field or related field as a senior level Business Analyst (technical/emerging technology).
• Required:
  
  3-5 years of experience with a basic working knowledge of Agile project management methodology/practices.
• Preferred: 1-2 years of experience understanding and documentation of use cases.
• Preferred: 1-2 years of experience processing documentation mapping.
