Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a dedicated AI Program Manager
- Mid-Level to join their dynamic team. As an AI Program Manager
- Mid-Level, you will be an integral part of the AI Strategy, Acceleration, and Program team supporting enterprise AI enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $61
What's the Job?
- Translate AI enablement priorities and leadership directives into actionable work streams, plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive roadmaps that align strategic objectives with project dependencies, decision points, stakeholder commitments, and resource capacity.
- Manage multiple interdependent work streams through detailed planning, risk and issue tracking, and consistent follow-up to ensure progress.
- Facilitate planning sessions, workstream meetings, dependency reviews, and leadership checkpoints to drive accountability and decision-making.
- Coordinate across diverse teams including business, technology, data, legal, compliance, and external partners to clarify ownership, engagement points, and handoffs.
What's Needed?
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy implementation, program or project management, or related fields within technology or transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in building roadmaps and converting broad objectives into actionable, sequenced plans.
- Strong ability to manage multiple work streams and coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, written communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, project planning tools, and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint.
