About the role
We are seeking an experienced Pega Technical Lead with 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC/Pega Infinity development
. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Lead System Architects (LSAs) to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance BPM and Case Management solutions in an Agile environment.
- Design and develop Pega applications following Pega guardrails and best practices.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation solutions.
- Configure and develop:
- Case Management
- Data Pages
- Flows and Flow Actions
- Decision Rules
- User Interfaces
- Integrations
- Correspondence and Notification features
- Work closely with Lead System Architects (LSAs) to implement enterprise architecture standards and reusable frameworks.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Austin, TX or Memphis, TN. What you need to have to be consideredBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- CSSA Certification (Mandatory).
- CSA Certification (Mandatory prerequisite).
- Working knowledge of AWS
- Healthcare experience

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 -$150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
