Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Product Owner, Digital Product Management – Client Authentication to join their team. As a Product Owner in this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing client experience and strengthening security measures through innovative authentication solutions. What's the Job?
- Lead a scrum team to execute strategic priorities aimed at improving client authentication processes.
- Collaborate with technology, design, security, compliance, and risk teams to identify authentication needs and define capabilities.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Design experiments and work with UX and technical teams to refine solutions based on data and research insights.
- Engage with vendors and explore emerging authentication technologies to enhance security and user experience.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
- Prior experience in product management, especially in online security, authentication, or digital identity.
- Knowledge of federated identity and single sign-on implementations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with agile product development and user testing methodologies.
