We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of strategic programs across our product and engineering organization. In this role, you will serve as the connective tissue between our Austin-based engineering teams and global stakeholders across product, marketing, and sales.

Your initial assignment will focus on programs within Feedonomics, though you may be assigned to other strategic Commerce programs as business needs evolve. As a member of our Strategic Business Operations team, you will drive programs end-to-end, from discovery through general availability, ensuring that initiatives are delivered with precision, speed, and measurable impact for our clients. You will collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners to help define and execute on our global roadmap.

** What You Will Do
**** Program & Delivery Leadership
*** Lead multiple concurrent programs of work, comprising simultaneous projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes for clients.
* Own scope management, change control, capacity planning, dependency tracking, and proactive risk and issue mitigation across all assigned programs.
* Develop and present clear, concise program updates and strategic recommendations to executive audiences.
* Partner with our Commercial team to drive Go-to-Market readiness end-to-end, ensuring all stakeholders understand their roles and deliverables at each phase of release
** Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Alignment
*** Provide transparent, cross-functional visibility into program status, resource needs, granular requirements, milestones, dates, and escalations
* Drive all cross-functional communication for a program, from kickoff through general availability
