• Design, deploy, and manage the company's infrastructure across various platforms.
• Collaborate with software developers to ensure seamless deployment and scalability of applications.
• Monitor system performance, optimize server resources, and ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Handle system backups, redundancy strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
• Update and maintain documentation on systems, procedures, and configurations.
• Diagnose and rectify network and system issues.
• Evaluate and recommend new software, hardware, and infrastructure solutions to meet business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proficient in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with virtualization tools (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with networking, including VPNs, proxies, and firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments.
• Ability to script in one or more languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Power Shell).
• Certifications in systems administration, networking, or cloud platforms.
• Experience in the promotional product industry or other SaaS-based companies.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and tools.
