This is an incredible opportunity for a Staff Technical Program Manager to play a crucial role in shaping the foundations and future of our rapidly growing Apex Fintech Solutions organization. In this role, you’ll help scale the organization by creating improving our project delivery practices, a best practice program governance and operations function, and taking ownership of cross-functional initiatives that are critical to the success of our strategy.

You’ll collaborate closely with the leaders, operations, product, engineering, and other TPMs across Apex.

The role will require constant balance between long term product vision along with addressing immediate needs, driving an incremental approach that is metrics and data driven. It will require communicating effectively with leaders across Director and VP level on a regular basis while ensuring that the teams are aligned and stakeholders are aware of key performance indicators.

• Serve as a liaison between the business, product, and technical teams for strategy definition, prioritization, initiative kickoff, tracking, communications, and deployment
• Partner closely with peers, leaders, and stakeholders to build and drive the strategic vision for Apex’s tech product delivery and execution; work with senior leaders to foresee and solve complex problems thereby enabling efficiency and scale
• Maintain a continuous project portfolio roadmap for the organization
• Actively manage organizational capacity management through continuous portfolio planning to protect program-level delivery commitments across squads
• Define how the TPM function engages Legal, Compliance, Sales/Pre-Sales, Product Marketing, Vendors, and Relationship Managers company-wide — building frameworks, playbooks, and escalation paths, and partnering directly with functional leaders in each group.
