UI​/UX Designer

You will collaborate closely with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery leads to define the digital workplace experience for a financial services client. Your work will turn employee requirements into modern, scalable wireframes, layouts, and reusable design standards that elevate collaboration and content discovery across the organization.

• Transform complex intranet ecosystems into clean, intuitive employee experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, page layouts, and interaction design for modern SharePoint sites
• Define reusable design standards and component libraries for department sites
• Facilitate UX workshops with business stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
• Collaborate with the SharePoint Architect and Developer to ensure designs are technically feasible and scalable.

• 5+ years of experience in UX, digital product design, or complex enterprise application/intranet design
• Mastery of design tools for wire framing, prototyping, page layout, and interaction design
• Strong understanding of information architecture and content discoverability
• Experience facilitating UX workshops and incorporating stakeholder feedback iteratively
• Proven track record of collaborating with technical teams in Agile environments

• Accessibility standards knowledge (WCAG)
• Financial services industry experience
