Construction Partners Inc., a publicly traded highway infrastructure company, is currently searching for an IT Support Analyst to join the IT team in Austin, TX. IT Support Analysts are responsible for providing technical support, assistance, and help with basic IT support and training for all end users. This position is also responsible for resolving issues promptly and keeping the users informed on the status of their open cases.
End-user support will be provided by leveraging PC remote control software, telephone, video conferencing, email, etc. The Support Analyst team will work closely with all the other IT departments to resolve any IT issue.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user IT support and troubleshooting.
- Accurately document reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
- Monitor and respond to support requests submitted through the ticketing system and email.
- Maintain accurate records of computer and hardware inventory.
- Configure, deploy, and support desktop and laptop systems for new and existing employees.
- Configure, deploy, and provide ongoing support for mobile devices.
