We’re on a mission to help IT teams and support professionals solve problems on any device, anywhere. As a Team Lead Product Designer, youfell play a key role in shaping intuitive, impactful experiences that help our customers support their own users with confidence.

As a design leader, you will set the standard for design excellence, helping define product direction while mentoring and inspiring your team. You will take ideas from concept to launch, ensuring solutions balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Responsibilities
  • Represent Product Design in cross-functional discussions, partnering with Product and Engineering to drive alignment and maintain design quality.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define features, shape product strategy, and improve design processes alongside design leadership.
  • Create concepts, workflows, and prototypes that translate customer needs and business objectives into intuitive user experiences.
  • Lead by example, delivering high-quality design work while mentoring and supporting the growth of other designers.
  • Drive a cohesive end-to-end experience across products by identifying opportunities for consistency and contributing to the evolution of our design system.
  • Partner with UX Research to uncover customer insights and incorporate findings into product decisions and design iterations.
  • Deliver innovative, practical solutions within technical, business, and timeline constraints.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience within a software or product development environment.
  • Experience mentoring designers and leading design initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to independently drive projects from concept through launch.
  • Strong prototyping and visual design skills, with the ability to create intuitive, user-centered experiences.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design, user research, usability testing, accessibility, and iterative design practices.
