365 is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Adoption & Enablement to drive company-wide AI adoption and fluency across functions. This People Team role partners with Enterprise Technology to translate AI capabilities into practical training and adoption plans.
You will design and run AI adoption programs, build an internal AI community, and establish adoption metrics and dashboards that demonstrate measurable business impact. Hybrid role with on-site days.
