Schedule: Hybrid - Monday, Wednesday & Thursday onsite (No Remote Option)
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some flexibility)
Contract: 6+ months with potential for extension or conversion to FTE
Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid passport
Thales is looking for an experienced IVVQM / Senior Project Validation Lead to lead validation, verification, testing, and quality activities for complex Identity and Biometric solutions
.
You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Software Engineers, Infrastructure, Product Management, and Operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Integration, Verification, Validation and Qualification (IVVQ) activities for complex projects.
Develop and execute validation strategies, test plans, test cases, and quality assurance plans.
Lead Functional, Integration, Performance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Manage test execution, defects, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Work directly with customers throughout project implementation, testing, acceptance, and issue escalation.
Partner with Project Managers and technical teams to ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards.
Review technical specifications, designs, and test scripts.
Support test automation and regression testing.
Monitor project risks, test coverage, schedules, and deliverables.
Support production deployments and provide Level 3 technical support when needed.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8-10+ years of experience working on complex software/technology solutions.
3+ years of project leadership experience managing validation projects or work packages.
Strong experience with IVVQ methodologies and testing processes

Experience with
Web/Mobile technologies, application servers, and web services
.
Strong experience with API testing using SOAP/REST
.
Experience with
SQL and database testing
.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, and LDAP
.
Experience with
JIRA or similar defect management tools
.
Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, and application security
.
Experience with
test automation and AI-enabled testing technologies.
Experience with
AWS and/or Azure cloud environments
.
Excellent communication, leadership, troubleshooting, and customer-facing skills.
