  • Experience leading a complex business-to-business software-as-a-service or enterprise application portfolio, combined with technical fluency across payment APIs, enterprise application architecture, cloud platforms, integrations, data models, security, reliability, and AI-enabled workflows.

  • Commercial judgment, a profit-and-loss mindset, executive presence, and customer credibility, with the ability to think independently, create clarity, challenge assumptions, and act in partnership across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, Services, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Compliance in a global, matrixed organization.
