- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience with Lincoln Financial (or similar absence/disability management vendors)
- Familiarity with end-to-end leave processing life cycles
- Experience in a tech company People Operations environment
- Experience with system integration testing across HR/Payroll platforms in Workday
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Contingent Worker to join the MF Spend Cluster as a dedicated Project Manager supporting US Payclient operations and a critical cross-team LOA (Leave of Absence) fix program. This is a hands-on coordination role requiring deep domain expertise in People Operations, Payroll, and Workday. You will serve as the dedicated PM for a high-priority, cross-team initiative to fix leave calculation errors in the Lincoln/Workday integration — an issue currently driving 96% of processing errors.
You will coordinate delivery across multiple teams (Lincoln, Time Away, EP, Payclient) while also providing operational support to US Pay Client and broader Spend Cluster initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project coordination for LOA Fix Stage 1 (Lincoln integration modification, salary proration turn-off)
- Drive cross-team alignment and delivery across Lincoln, Time Away, EP, and Payclient teams Manage workstream dependencies, risks, and escalations
- Coordinate integration testing across teams
- Prepare for and support the Stage 2 face-to-face workshop (October)
- Provide operational PM support for US Pay Client BAU activities
- Support broader Spend Cluster initiatives including Project PRIDE, RSU Transformation, and Work Day Reimagined as capacity allows
- Maintain clear status reporting and stakeholder communications
