Job DescriptionThis role supports the client's Oracle ERP Transformation by owning hands-on configuration, integration support, and functional operations across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules as a key individual contributor on a lean team.
Job Summary• Own end-to-end hands-on configuration of Oracle Fusion ERP modules including Procurement, Financials, General Ledger, and Payables to ensure precise operational alignment
• Build and maintain complex cross-functional approval hierarchies, requisitioning rules, and supplier portal configurations in accordance with corporate policy
• Support scheduled environment refreshes, instance cloning, and smoke testing during quarterly application update cycles to prevent disruption to integrated workflows
• Manage technical mapping of category codes, cost centers, tax attributes, and master data entities between front-end applications and core financial systems of record
• Monitor and support the health of API-based integrations utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ensuring high-volume transactional data flows correctly
• Configure applications to enforce financial compliance standards such as ASC 606/IFRS 15 and internal SOX controls
• Serve as a core escalation point for level 2/3 functional support, performing root cause analysis and resolving complex configuration issues independently
• 5-15 years of hands-on experience configuring, supporting, or implementing module tracks within a Tier-1 ERP framework such as Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle EBS
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (Oracle ATP)
• Strong working knowledge of core business life cycles such as Source-to-Pay (S2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), or Asset-to-Retire
• Proven ability to establish configuration controls and manage system changes in a live production environment
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment during Central Standard Time business hours
• Experience working in a technology or SaaS industry environment
• Familiarity with upstream intake workflow tools integrated with Oracle Fusion ERP
