Requirements- 8 years of experience coordinating with vendors and evaluating projects
- 8 years in developing and reviewing project artifacts
- 8 years consulting on system analysis and solution implementation
- 8 years managing project scope, acceptance, and deployment
- 8 years identifying and mitigating project risks
- 8 years analyzing HHS policies and standards' impact on systems
- 3 years using TFS/ADO for managing requirements
- 3 years working in an Agile environment (preferably SAFe)
- 3 years experience with Microsoft products and cloud solutions
- 3 years understanding Texas HHSC processes and Medicaid systems
- 3 years updating portfolio project management tools
