The Site Reliability Engineer keeps our business-critical systems running optimally as part of a small Dev Ops team supporting a large and varied infrastructure. Your first priority is continuity of service; your second is improving operational efficiency through automation.

You will design, build, and maintain stable, efficient infrastructure across production, QA, and development environments — building cloud environments in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), improving build and deployment pipelines, and automating monitoring, backups, and security tooling. Much of this role is writing code to automate operations, so you should be comfortable scripting and programming in an operational context, including working familiarity with Java.

• Ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of development and production systems in line with business expectations and customer SLAs.
• Automate systems,procedures,andprocesseswhereverpractical—anddocumenttherest.
• Build,improve,andmaintainCI/CDpipelinesandsoftwarebuild,packaging,anddeploymentprocesses.
• Respondtoincidents,troubleshoot issues,andperformrootcauseanalysistopreventrecurrence.

• Stay current with industry trends, recommend improvements worth adopting, and take on other duties as required.

• Substantial experience administering Linux-based infrastructure (Red Hat Enterprise Linux preferred), with working knowledge of Windows.
• Experience with cloud platforms — we run on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and experience with any major Cloud provider applies.
