Are you mechanically inclined, comfortable working with technology, and interested in electronics, computer systems, and testing equipment? Our client is seeking Electronics Test Technicians to support the setup, configuration, testing, and verification of electronic systems and components.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with electronics, computer hardware, IT, military, manufacturing, quality, or technical school backgrounds who are eager to build hands-on technical skills in a growing industry.
Training is provided for motivated candidates who possess strong attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, and a desire to learn.
As an Electronics Test Technician, you will assist with the setup, testing, configuration, and documentation of electronic equipment and systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform testing and basic configuration of electronic equipment and computer systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Set up and verify test equipment including:
- Oscilloscopes
- Spectrum analyzers
- Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs)
- Signal generators
- Power meters and sensors
- Digital multimeters (DMMs)
- Power supplies
- Network switches
- Install and configure chassis components and peripheral cards.
- Power up and test computer systems.
- Support switch and system-level testing activities.
- Maintain test records, equipment documentation, and configuration records.
- Perform physical configuration audits and inspections.
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Support additional testing and technical projects as assigned.

- Technical school or vocational training
- Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
- Built-In Test Equipment (BITE)
- RF or telecommunications equipment
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Electronics coursework, technical certification, military training, or related experience preferred.
- Associate degree in Electronics Technology or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident due to ITAR-related requirements.
Physical requirements include:
- Ability to sit and work at a computer workstation for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to move throughout a manufacturing and testing environment.
- Ability to perform detailed inspection and testing tasks requiring visual focus and attention to detail.
