UI UX Engineer

UI UX Engineer or User Experience Engineer Developer

We are seeking a UI UX Engineer or User Experience Engineer Developer that can bridge the gap between design and engineering by coding user interfaces, building interactive prototypes, and ensuring visual designs are implemented effectively.

Location:

Austin, TX (3 days work from office) share only local candidate.

Duration: 6+ month contract

Interview Availability:
Time slots, we have panel available from 9am - 2pm EST and 8pm – 11pm EST on Saturday and Sunday.

Years of experience needed: 5 to 10 years of experience as UI UX Engineer

Technical

Skills:

• Technical Expertise:
  Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks React JS, Node JS
• Design Tools:
  Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch to interpret design assets.
• UX Principles:
  Understanding of user-centered design, usability testing methodologies, and accessibility standards.
• Collaboration:
  
  Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between design teams and technical teams.
• Other technical skills required are Typescripts, Wire framing, GenAI, node npm, Node js

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Implementation:
  Developing high-quality code (HTML/CSS/JS) to build user-facing features, translating design wireframes into functional web or app components.
• Prototyping:
  Creating sophisticated, interactive prototypes with live data to test interaction design and technical feasibility.
• Bridging Teams:
  Collaborating closely with UX designers, UX researchers, and back-end engineers to ensure the final product matches design intent and user research insights.
• Performance & Fidelity:
  Optimizing front-end components for maximum speed, scalability, and visual fidelity across devices.
• Usability Testing:
  Assisting in user testing and A/B testing to refine UI functionality based on feedback.
