Senior SAP Functional Business Analyst Share Austin, TX PDT -

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Functional Business Analyst with expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP S/4

HANA, API Testing, and SAP ABAP coordination. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, API automation teams, and developers to create Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), define business processes, support integration testing, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise SAP solutions.

Candidates with previous Apple project experience, particularly in retail or enterprise application environments, will be highly preferred.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
• Define business processes, workflows, validations, and functional requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops.

• Analyze SAP MM business processes and SAP S/4
  
  HANA workflows.
• Understand procurement, inventory management, purchasing, and material movement processes.
• Work closely with SAP ABAP developers to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyze SAP defects and recommend functional resolutions.

• Define API testing strategies and test scenarios.
• Coordinate end-to-end API testing across SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Validate integrations between SAP systems and external enterprise applications.
• Ensure successful integration and data flow across connected platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of SAP Functional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management (MM).

• Experience coordinating API testing and integration projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
