Engineering Program Manager – Video Advertising Platform

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs supporting enterprise Video Advertising Platforms. In this role, you will act as the bridge between Engineering, Product Management, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing engineering programs in a fast-paced technology environment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering scalable applications and services. Experience in the Digital Advertising, AdTech, Video Streaming, or Media Technology domain is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale engineering programs from planning through production deployment.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Track program health, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and business objectives.
Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Business, and Go-to-Market teams.
Coordinate multiple engineering teams across different business units.
Drive alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
Facilitate executive-level program reviews and status reporting.
Manage software development programs throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Coordinate product releases, deployment activities, and engineering execution.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve blockers.
Ensure engineering best practices are followed across teams.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
Develop mitigation plans and communicate issues to leadership.
Manage competing priorities and changing business requirements.
Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and executive summaries.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decision-making.
Present program updates to senior leadership and executive teams.
Improve program execution processes and delivery methodologies.
Drive operational excellence and process optimization.
Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
