PURPOSE The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for leading the design, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Human Resources Information Systems, with a primary focus on Workday. This role serves as a strategic partner to HR, Payroll, Finance, Information Technology, and operational leadership to ensure HR technology solutions align with organizational objectives and industry best practices. The Senior HRIS Analyst functions as a subject matter expert for HR systems, reporting, analytics, integrations, security, data governance, and process improvement initiatives.

This position plays a key leadership role in the organization's Workday implementation and long-term optimization strategy through solution design, configuration oversight, data governance, stakeholder consultation, and project leadership.

• Leads the configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of Workday modules, business processes, and security frameworks.
• Collaborates with functional leads and implementation partners to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
• Serves as the primary functional lead for assigned Workday modules and recommends strategic system enhancements.
• Provides governance and oversight for configuration decisions to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance.
• Maintains organizational structures, security roles, workflows, and business process configurations.
• Assists in evaluating system enhancements and new Workday functionality.
• Supports release management activities, including testing and deployment of Workday updates.

• Develops, maintains, and enhances Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and calculated fields.
• Consults with senior leaders to develop workforce analytics and key performance indicators that support strategic decision-making.
• Analyzes workforce data to support organizational decision-making and compliance requirements.
• Produces recurring and ad hoc reports for HR leadership, Finance, and operational stakeholders.
• Validates report accuracy and ensures consistency of workforce metrics.
• Identifies opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.

• Leads data conversion, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and governance activities associated with Workday implementations and optimization efforts.
• Oversees and coordinates complex inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and enterprise systems.
• Monitors data quality and resolves data integrity issues.
