Seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to partner directly with business stakeholders and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
This role is heavily focused on discovery, stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, process analysis, and working closely with Salesforce developers to deliver solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Must Have:Salesforce Business Analyst experience
Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
Discovery workshops and business process analysis
Understanding of Salesforce:
- Objects
- Fields
- Reporting
- Security Model
Data mapping and integration/API exposure
Nice to Have:SQL
AI curiosity and continuous learning mindset
What Success Looks Like:- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Leading effective discovery sessions
- Understanding process, personas, and data
- Recommending Salesforce-native solutions
