What's the Job?
Support analytics, reporting, automation, and data-driven decision support for technology capacity planning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze data from enterprise sources like Clarity and Jira.
Develop and enhance workflows using Alteryx, and create dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
Validate data quality, troubleshoot reporting issues, and document repeatable processes for efficiency.
Support capacity analytics, data preparation, and process automation to improve operational visibility.
Experience with analytics development, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Proficiency in tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, and enterprise data sources like Clarity and Jira.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with data validation, troubleshooting, and documentation processes.
