As the Sr Program Specialist, Analyst Relations , you'll help manage the day-to-day programs and operations that enable a best-in-class Analyst Relations function. You'll coordinate analyst briefings and inquiries, manage research calendars, oversee deliverables for analyst evaluations, track program metrics, and ensure cross-functional initiatives remain organized and on schedule.
You’ll serve as the operational backbone of the Analyst Relations team: building scalable processes, maintaining program visibility, and helping transform complex initiatives into well-executed programs. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned around common goals.
While previous Analyst Relations experience is a plus, it is not required . We're looking for someone with strong program management skills, experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and a passion for operational excellence.
Here’s a closer look at this key role:- Own Analyst Relations Program Execution:
Coordinate the ongoing cadence of analyst briefings, inquiries, advisory sessions, industry events, and research participation by managing schedules, timelines, agendas, deliverables, and follow-up actions. - Coordinate Industry Research:
Manage project plans for analyst evaluations including Gartner, IDC, Forrester, Giga Om, EMA, ISG, and other firms by coordinating contributors, tracking milestones, facilitating reviews, and ensuring timely submissions. - Drive Cross-Functional Execution:
Partner closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Corporate Marketing, Executive Staff, Customer Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to coordinate deliverables supporting Analyst Relations initiatives. - Build Operational Excellence:
