As a Project Manager, you will manage several projects for one of our international clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. You will be a central point of contact for client stakeholders, taking ownership from initial client brief to final delivery. Your work will ensure a high level of service, and you will be continually cultivating a relationship based on trust and close collaboration with the client.

What makes this role particularly exciting is the variation of projects, offering a dynamic and engaging experience. You will be working independently yet collaboratively with a diverse team of experts from our entire organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding client requirements and translating those to well-defined projects
• Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Scoping and estimating new projects, exploring innovative solutions and new opportunities.
• Understanding technical requirements and how these impacts a project (risk, possibilities etc.)
• Tracking project expenses, managing budgets, and contributing to accurate project forecasting.
• Providing regular project status updates to the Account Lead and relevant stakeholders, maintaining clear documentation.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize project management processes.
• Proactively Identifying and scoping new project opportunities with existing clients.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, proactively managing expectations, and providing regular communication.
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

You will be collaborating with a network of Project Managers, Designers, User Experience Architects, and Developers. You'll report to the Account Lead, who will provide guidance and support through regular meetings to discuss projects and explore new opportunities. Our flat organizational structure promotes a collaborative and innovative environment, nurturing the talents of our diverse team, many of whom have been with us for over a decade.
