Reporting to a Team Leader, you will already have a proven experience of working as an analyst in a technical service center environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1st line technical support
• Answering calls to the service desk effectively and within the agreed SLA
• Assigning calls to relevant support teams
• Actioning back office requests as and when required
• Monitoring and actioning Web Logged calls
• Monitoring Team Notifier and updating calls
• Completing User Admin and Account set-ups as required
• Advising clients and support teams of known problems and workarounds
• Ensuring users are updated with the progress of their call/change
• Understanding of the need to work within the constraints of the Desk SLA

• Excellent PC skills – including a knowledge of MS Office and general PC knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent Customer Care Skills
• Good IT knowledge
• Good Analytical Skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to retain knowledge effectively
• Ability to multi task and take on additional roles as and when required

• Team player with the ability to build relationships with both colleagues and external clients

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $12.94/hour - $20.23/hour.
