• Data is compounding. Global data volumes more than double between 2025 and 2028, driven substantially by AI. Every model trained and every agent deployed adds to the pile, and none of it deletes itself.
• The hyperscalers are no longer fit for purpose — on cost, and on exposure. On cost: we’re up to 10x cheaper than the hyperscaler alternatives.
