Position OverviewThe CTO serves as the senior technology executive responsible for defining and executing the organization’s technology vision, ensuring technology investments align with business objectives and support future growth.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a proven ability to drive innovation, security, scalability, and digital transformation in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities Technology Strategy & Leadership- Develop and execute enterprise-wide technology strategy aligned with business goals.
- Advise executive leadership on cybersecurity, AI, cloud platforms, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and emerging technologies.
- Create technology roadmaps that support growth, efficiency, scalability, and security.
- Evaluate technology investments based on business value, risk, and long-term sustainability.
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Oversee infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity, networking, enterprise systems, and end-user technologies.
- Ensure technology services remain secure, reliable, scalable, and operationally efficient.
- Drive continuous improvement through performance metrics and operational excellence initiatives.
- Lead strategy for CRM, ERP, contact center technologies, collaboration platforms, and core business applications.
- Reduce technical debt while enhancing platform performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Partner with business leaders to optimize workflows and operational effectiveness.
- Develop strategies for data governance, analytics, AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Build decision-support capabilities that improve business outcomes.

- Lead cybersecurity strategy, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

- Protect critical systems, customer information, and business operations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
