Job Details:

General Notes Flexible work arrangements are available for this position, including the ability to work remotely within the United States. We would prefer a candidate located in the greater Austin area to be on campus for critical project meetings and client engagement opportunities.

This position provides life/work balance with typically a 40-hour work week and travel limited to training (e.g., conferences/courses).

This position requires you to maintain internet service and a mobile phone with voice and data plans to be used when required for work.

Purpose

This position develops and maintains knowledge base and training content that translates system changes and business requirements into clear, accessible support materials for campus users. Analyzes users need to inform strategic decisions and improve experience. Partners with subject matter experts to build engaging eLearning courses, conducts system testing to validate quality outcomes, uses AI to create Tier 0 (employee self-service) training materials, and presents technical information to diverse audiences in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

Content Development/Management

Create, update, and approve knowledge base content for system end users. Translate business requirements and system changes into intuitive, user-centered support materials. Conduct gap assessments across existing knowledge assets and proactively recommend content solutions that improve resolution rates and user experience. Respond to requests for updates or enhancements to existing knowledge articles & enablement materials. Leverage AI in innovative and responsible ways to create, enhance, and maintain Tier 0 employee training materials and documentation.

Stakeholder

Engagement

Coordinate with business partners, content owners and other content managers to ensure knowledge articles are managed effectively and updated. Provide consultative guidance and training on content enablement and knowledge management best practices across projects and initiatives. Work with colleagues in the ET Support Center to identify and expand Tier 0 training opportunities based on campus need.

Enablement Analysis

Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical insights that inform enhancement decisions that improve the experience and outcomes of Enterprise Technology customers and stakeholders. Use AI to identify trends, uncover training gaps, and improve Tier 0 enablement strategies and outcomes.

Adoption and Enablement Support

Provide support for the transition of existing training courses to self-paced formats. Collaborate with subject matter experts in the development of course content.
