Senior Product Manager, Email Security

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the strategic roadmap for Cloudflare Email Security
• Address evolving threats including Business Email Compromise and advanced phishing
• Work with Threat Intelligence and Detections teams to improve customer consumption, enforcement, and understanding of Cloudflare One
• Influence product direction and own initiatives that accelerate important outcomes
• Integrate Email Security with Gateway, CASB, DLP, and the broader Cloudflare Zero Trust stack
• Document first-hand experiences with internal and external customers
• Build features and competitive differentiators to displace legacy security incumbents and win Global 2000 customers
• Use the product daily and represent the Email Security vision to internal stakeholders, sales, and the broader security community
• Continuously invest in threat intelligence, security detection capabilities, new features, and market expansion

• 7+ years of experience as a product manager
• Proven track record of owning and scaling complex enterprise security products in a high-growth environment
• Experience designing for enterprises without compromising the experience for individuals and small businesses
• Exceptional persuasive writing and storytelling ability
• Demonstrated experience leading with conviction to build differentiated products and displacement strategies
• Comfortable navigating architectural trade-offs regarding mail flow (M365/Google Workspace), cloud infrastructure, and API performance
• Accountable for the entire product lifecycle, from high-fidelity PRDs through cross-functional global launches
• Ability to leverage complex datasets for data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with agentic coding tools, codebase navigation, dependency mapping, or feature prototyping (bonus)
• Deep understanding of Zero Trust security architectures (bonus)
• Familiarity with modern email threats and machine-learning detection (bonus)
• Comfortable collaborating with design engineers on low-fidelity prototypes (bonus)
• Offer may be conditioned on authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license

Demonstrates expertise in product management for enterprise security solutions, with a focus on Cloudflare Email Security and Zero Trust architectures. Proven ability to lead product lifecycle management, drive strategic initiatives, and leverage data for informed decision-making.
